Bartley wins RYA Certificate of Commendation

Bartley has won an RYA Certificate of Commendation in recognition of our efforts and achievements over the past year. Bartley was one of 3 clubs to be honoured and Commodore Simon Hardiman collected the award on the main stage at the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show.
