Wednesday Afternoon Duty
WENESDAY AFTERNOON DUTY ROTA
After a meeting of Wednesday sailors, it was decided to operate a system whereby for every 6 times a sailor actually sailed they would perform 1 duty. This equates to a ratio of 6 to 1, the accompanying analysis shows the number of times each sailor has sailed in a rolling 15 months and how many duties they have performed in the same time period. The period ends 14 weeks from current week so will include duties booked in advance up to that date.
If the ratio exceeds 6 a duty is becoming due and sailors can include their name on the duty list displayed on the results board or send a WhatsAp message to the Bartley Wednesday Sailors group chat. The published analysis will be updated after each day of sailing together with the duties carried out and volunteered for in the future.
