Wednesday Afternoon Duty
WENESDAY AFTERNOON DUTY ROTA
After a meeting of Wednesday sailors, it was decided to operate a system whereby for every 6 times a sailor actually sailed they would perform 1 duty. This equates to a ratio of 6 to 1, the accompanying analysis shows the number of times each sailor has sailed in the last 7 months and how many duties they have performed in the same time period.
If the ratio exceeds 6 a duty is becoming due and sailors can include their name on the duty list displayed on the results board. The published analysis will be updated after each day of sailing together with the duties carried out and volunteered for in the future. The analysis includes duties volunteered for up to and including the last day of the current duty list posted in the club.
