Handicap Series

The default position is two handicap races run back to back with a 10-5-4-1-0 start sequence for the first race and a 5-4-1-0 start sequence for the 2nd handicap. The L flag to be flown from the main mast to advise competitors at least 30 mins before the start of the first handicap.

Race Officers can opt not to run races back to back in which case they do not raise the L flag and the second race will start at 15:00 with both races using a 10-5-4-1-0 start sequence.

Target time for each race is 50 minutes for the lead boat.
