BARTLEY SAILING CLUB LIMITED NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("Meeting") of Bartley Club Sailing Limited ("Company") will be held at 101 Genners Lane, Bartley Green, Birmingham, B32 3NU on Saturday 5th November 2022 at 16:00 (or as soon as possible after end of racing).
You will be asked to consider and vote on the resolution below which will be proposed as a special resolution.
THAT the new Articles of Association in the form attached hereto be adopted as the
new articles of association of the Company, in substitution for, and to the entire
exclusion of the existing articles of association of the Company.
